This evening is for women only, we do a Hypnobirthing Saturday for couples
You will learn what will help you to relax in labour & different breathing exercises.
What should you be doing or not doing that can have a direct affect on your baby during pregnancy.
Relaxation, mindfulness and breathing are life skills to improve health.
