This 4 week course will have discussion , support, stretching and exercising as well some relaxation techniques.
We will start in the retreat and move down to the studio after the discussion session
Exercises will be aimed at post natal recovery of the abs, pelvic floor and lower back
Week 4 will be with an advanced instructor and you can then move on to the more advanced class if you feel ready
You must have had your post natal check up. You will be added onto a private group messenger to receive updates and keep in touch with the other mothers. A lot of this class is about support and friendship.
