4 weeks of stretching, exercising, relaxation and discussion .
Held first in the café at Roko Health Club , you are free to arrive early and grab a coffee and a snack and wait till the discussion starts.
6.30-7.10pm Midwife led discussion in the café. Lots of up to date info on your growing baby, looking after yourself in pregnancy and tips for labour and childbirth. You will be sent all of the info discussed and lots more on a private messenger group.
7.10-8.10pm In an air conditioned studio we will do pregnancy Pilates, beginners welcome.It is a gentle class and focuses on labour, birth and the pregnant women’s body. It will help your back, pelvic floor and abdominals.

- How to help your labour to be more manageable for your self
- Prepare your body and mind for labour and the birth of your baby
- Various breathing techniques for labour including some hypnobirthing tips
- How to truly relax
Mats provided. You can attend after 12 weeks of pregnancy
