How to have good posture for life to help minimise back and abdominal problems
How to do good pelvic floor exercises, especially important after a long labour, big baby, prolonged second stage (pushing ) Ventouse or forceps.
What exercises to avoid that will make your abs gape more
How to do the correct sit up, learn how to engage your core and help it become stronger
Exercises to aid abdominal strengthening and pulling together.
