Perinatal  Mental health ( during pregnancy and up to a year after birth) is of utmost importance. If you feel unwell it is vital you get the correct support. Please talk to someone that you know will listen to you and help you. Below we have put a few helpful links for you. During pregnancy please share how you feel with your midwife so she can help and support you. When your baby is born you can speak to your health visitor or GP. Everyone’s aim is to keep mother and baby together with maximum support for the family.
