A great way to get back  into exercise after having a baby. The class focuses particularly on the pelvic floor, deep abdominals and gluteal muscles after pregnancy and birth. This makes it particularly suitable for women suffering with back pain, pelvic pain,  abdominal diastasis (separation) and pelvic floor weakness. Strengthening the deep abdominals will also help to draw the tummy back in. Pilates also incorporates general stretches and strengthening to work the whole body. Finish the class with some gentle relaxation.Mothers can attend this class 6 weeks post Vaginal birth and 10 weeks post C Section after your GP check up  The class will start in the studio with a discussion with the mothers re any concerns or questions. A topic will be discussed each week regarding you or your baby,We will then do Pilates exercises and increase intensity each week so your post natal body can recover. Week 5 you will have an advanced Pilates instructor There is a cafe on site and plenty of parking around the park .Mats and equipment supplied     Booking essential on our booking page £49.50
